Submission Guidelines

We have some very simple rules for submitting articles. Please follow these rules and enjoy using this site to promote your articles for as long as you wish.

The Rules are as follows:

  1. Articles must be health related. If you don’t see a category for it, then you may request one.
  2. Articles must be at least 300 words in length.
  3. You may not have more than 2 links within your articles.
  4. You may not have any links within the first paragraph.
  5. Articles submitted must be your work. You absolutely may not submit articles from other authors to our directory. You may use articles written by ghost writers as long as you own the rights to those articles and they are not being used by someone else.
  6. By submitting your articles to the Health Article Depot you grant us the right to publish your articles anywhere else on this site or our other related site. Don’t worry, your name and links will remain intact. This is of great benefit to you.
  7. By submitting your articles to the Health Article Depot you are granting others to publish your articles on their sites. Again, your name and links will stay intact. You will always get credit for your work and get the back links to your website. This is of great benefit to you.
  8. NO AFFILIATE LINKS. This directory is not a place for promoting your affiliate links.
  9. This is a FREE directory. No monies will be exchanged for articles, sharing of articles or republishing of articles.
  10. The Health Article Depot reserves the right to reject or remove any article at our sole discretion for any reason and without notification.
  11. Articles must be spell checked and checked for grammatical errors before submitting. If we find your article sub par in these areas, then we will delete your article and you will not be notified.  Lack of effort on your part will result in your account being terminated. It is our goal to provide quality articles to the public.
  12. Absolutely no nudity, profanity or questionable content. If you are wondering if it’s allowed then the answer is probably no. You may contact us if you have any questions though.
